1. Fill out waiver form and attend your first practice. (waiver required for camps/ clinics)

2. Obtain USA Wrestling card. (for insurance, not required for camps/ clinics)

3. Register on our website.

4. Gear up! Wrestling shoes required for practice. Let us know if you need assistance.

USA Wrestling is the national governing body for wrestling in the United States. We ask that all members be affiliated with USAW for insurance purposes. The USAW card will also be required for participation in most sanctioned tournaments.
