SCHEDULE
We highly encourage all wrestlers to show up at least 10 minutes early to prepare for practice.

Our advanced practice is for wrestlers at the high school level, or 11-13 year old wresters with at least 1 year of experience. This is to insure an appropriate level of training for all.

FUNDAMENTALS
(8U - Junior)
6:15-7:30pm Tues & Wed
Fundamentals practice teaches skills that work from the youth level, all the way to the Olympics. Beginners & advanced wrestlers will benefit from this practice. Arrive @ 6pm for games/ trial practices.
General Wrestling Season Schedule
Our team trains and competes year-round. Each season is broken up into 4 month chunks and culminates in a state or national tournament.

Winter Folkstyle Season

Spring Freestyle/ Greco

Summer/ Fall Training
November-February
The American style of wrestling, with an emphasis on takedowns and pinning holds. This is the style wrestled at the NCAA college and interscholastic high school level.
March-June
The international styles of wrestling, focusing more on takedowns with limited ground wrestling. Harkening back to the ancient Greeks and the first Olympic games.
July-October
Our summer training consists of camps, clinics, & regular practices. We will also explore moves from other disciplines such as Greco Roman wrestling, Judo, & Jiu-Jitsu.
